Slow days, considered moments
Spa, dining, safari and honeymoon experiences hand-selected for each property. None are mass-market. All are run by our in-house team or longtime partners.
All experiences
From $120In-suite massage
Our spa team comes to you. Coconut, baobab and frankincense oils, blended on the property, with optional Maasai herb infusions.
Therapists trained in Swedish, lomi-lomi and reflexology. Couples and twin treatments available with two therapists at no extra cost. Pre-arrival form lets you flag preferences (pressure, oil sensitivities, focus areas) so the room is set up before you arrive.

Spa pavilion ritual
A four-hour ritual at the spa pavilion: full body scrub, massage, facial, and an outdoor copper bath under the trees.
Includes scrub with Tanzanian sea salt and baobab oil, a 75-minute deep-tissue or relaxation massage, a brightening facial with locally sourced ingredients, and a copper-tub bath with rose petals and frankincense. Herbal tea on the pool deck closes the afternoon.
From $180 ppPrivate bush dinner
A candlelit table set in a private clearing on the property. Five courses by the head chef, brass hurricane lanterns, and a Maasai watchman until you are ready to walk back.
Menu rotates daily, sourced from our kitchen garden and the Saturday market in Mto wa Mbu. Special dietary requests handled with 24 hours notice. Two guests minimum, six maximum. Includes paired wine flight or non-alcoholic herbal infusions.

Sundowner deck
G&Ts and Tanzanian Konyagi at the rim deck as the light goes. Bitings, olives, fresh dates. Optional fireside extension if the night turns cool.
Included with all stays. Daily 17:30 to 19:00. The bartender will mix anything off-menu on request, including alcohol-free options like baobab fizz and tamarind sour. Acacia firepit lit on cool evenings, blankets provided.

Chef demonstration
Behind the scenes with our head chef. Three Tanzanian recipes (ugali, mtori, samaki wa kupaka), market provenance, and a tasting course at the end.
Hands-on, not just watching. Aprons, knives and ingredients provided. Recipe cards with substitutions for ingredients you can find at home. Maximum eight guests per session, so book at least 48 hours ahead.
From $480 / dayPrivate game drive
Dawn or full-day drive in our 4x4 fleet with a private naturalist guide. Pop-up roof, fridge, picnic breakfast in the field. Two guests minimum, six maximum.
Vehicle dedicated to your party for the full day, no shared seats. Naturalist guides hold KPSGA Bronze or Silver ratings. Picnic breakfast or lunch in a hand-picked location depending on game. All park fees included.

Maasai village visit
Hosted by our cultural coordinator. Honest, not staged. We pay the village a per-guest fee and 30 percent of the visit cost goes back to a council development fund.
Tour the boma with a translator, sit with a senior elder, watch (or join) the bead-making and beadwork demonstration, taste fresh chai. We follow the village's photography policy strictly. Half-day visit, max six guests.
$680 ppHot air balloon flight
One-hour flight over the Serengeti at first light, ending with a hot champagne breakfast on the plains. Operated by our long-standing partner Serengeti Balloon Safaris.
Pre-dawn departure from the lodge. Pilots are PPL(B)-certified with 1000+ hours over Serengeti. Champagne breakfast is hot food, not a continental box. Ages 7 and up. Subject to weather; full refund if cancelled by operator.
From $1,400 / nightHoneymoon Hideaway

Yes. The honeymoon, anniversary and milestone packages combine experiences across two or three of our properties at a fixed nightly rate. We also build bespoke combinations for groups of six or more.
