Our reservations office is on the Serengeti rim, with a satellite team in Arusha for arrivals coordination. Drop in if you are passing through Arusha before or after a stay; the espresso machine is always on.

No. The lodge planner is free with no obligation. We respond with availability, options and an honest quote, and you decide whether to proceed. A 30 percent deposit confirms the booking once you do.
Yes. We coordinate every internal hop between properties (Serengeti to Zanzibar, Ngorongoro to Kilimanjaro), book the seats, and meet you at the airstrip. Schedules are confirmed two weeks before arrival.
Yes. Tell us in step 3 and the chef builds the week around it. Common ones we handle as standard: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, kosher (with notice), nut allergies, and FODMAP.
